Im just curious who all on this forum is in the SouthEast: Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, & North/South Carolina. I know Brandon Mc, Josh Smith, Heidi & Coringao are. Who else? Anyone else here from South Georgia or North Florida? Looking for other like minded 10th planet jiu jitsu players to train and roll with. Coringao was hoping to come up to your seminar on the 28th but I wasnt able to get off from work.

Scott, went to Mobile Al for Brandon's seminar last month.That was quite a drive like 6 1/2 hours, learned a lot from Brandon! Thanks Brandon, Ive come to look at the small details more now. Were you at the seminar? I was the guy in the blue rashguard and practiced with Jeremy from Pensecola Fl. Anyways looking forward to make my way back down there in the future either for another seminar with Brandon or someone else. Also went uo to the seminar in Decatur Al to learn from Eddie in July that was a looong trip too, something like 7 1/2 hours.

Bobby I remember you too. Thinking about going to Naga on oct 2nd but not sure if ill be able to get off work. I'm going to my first bjj tounament in atl at the lutador challenge gi and no gi. Not going to be able to rep 10th planet at that one though bc my professor would probably get mad he's a third degree bb under jacare at alliance so ill have to rep alliance there, however he doesnt take a team to naga so ill probably go so i can rep 10th planet there. Are all the 10th planet guys getting together as a team?

Cool, hope to meet you at the lutador challenge Coringao. I noticed that you used to fight mma, do you know cam mchargue? I used to be apart of his one of his affiliate/partner schools in valdosta, Valdosta Martial arts academy, run by James Corbett. I had two pro mma fights in 2007 (1-1) then i had to quit training because I had a stoke due to a congenitive heart defect(hole in atrium) that caused me to be paralyzed on my left side for about 4 months, had to learn to walk again and when I got better got to learn jiu jitsu again as well,(of course i was more of a stand up fighter back then coming from a boxing background) at least since the beginning of this year. Ive always loved martial arts and couldnt give it up. Hoping that I can get real good at my jits game now and hopefully teach in the future.

Josh, would love to come but wont be able to make it that weekend Im having a b-day for my twins and my daughter that weekend. Have you heard anything from Pensacola about Sean Bollinger coming down or Marcelo coming to Decatur to do a seminar for Brandon. From my experience cops are very reluctant to tap. Probably the same personality trait that allows them to ruin good peoples lives over bullshit. props.

Dudes fresh out of basic will also wait for the pop before tapping. I just go for chokes on them now. Save them from themselves.
