Einstein refers to it in vids. What is it exactly? im thinking its a twist of the body while applying a choke darce ect but hows it executed?

Freedom rock is named from an old rock album. The catch phrase in the commercial was "turn it up!". with the darce locked in from north/south you "turn up" (bend) the wrist up hand down on the choking arm which increases the force of the choke
