"Professor" Harris was my first "instructor". Way back in the day there wasn't a way to learn like there is today. I bought all of Roy's VHS tapes, LOL...and became a huge fan. NOBODY breaks down a technique like Roy does! Thank you sooo much for posting this video. I had not seen it before. It's a beautiful thing to learn a single technique/submission system in an hour and a half. Simple stuff...but powerful!!!
