i popped my knee in the second match on the first electric chair attempt and had to pull out of the rest of the comp

Mick, you looked great! Way to represent!!! I have a few pionters for you.
1. Work on your Twister side control, you could have used it twice and was almost thrown into it by your opp. (when you went north/south)
2. the only other thing, was to work on your whip up :)

Try looking at some deep half sweeps. That electric chair seemed like it took a lot of work. I would try to incorporate some deep half into you lockdown half. A lot of times if I'm struggling with the EC it sets up perfect for what I call my lockdeep sweeps. Look up some of Jeff Glovers deep half stuff. It works well with 10th Planet. Roll on!
