Hi everyone,
I'm starting to notice that as I train more that my ears get sore as hell. I really only notice when I'm lying down on a pillow and not during training, perhaps due to the adrenaline going during a roll. I'm not a fan of the cauliflower ear look for myself, no offense to anyone who has them. Some people wear them like a badge of honor =D.

My questions are:
1. What's the top of the line brands/models for ear guards?
2. What's the best value brand/model for ear guards?

I've never bought a pair so just wanted to know what you guys have tried out and your recommendations.

Ty all,
Kiko

well i think most would be good, its like a groin guard, as long as it fits and can take impacts, then your good :)

The trick is, only get a little cauliflower. Then its like natural armor. It can take waaaay more.

Are some people uncauliable?
