Semi new member here
looking for some new kind of cardio to do
so other than jiujitsu/mma/wrestling
what is your fav form of cardio?

I personally think the reason on why you want to do other cardio is the biggest factor on what you should do. Trying to lose weight, increase cardio for JJ, increase overall cardio, just to do something different etc?
Personally if it is just to change things up a bit while getting some cardio in, doing a different sport at a decent intensity I find I get the most out of, going for a long skate/surf, bike ride, bball drills anything where you don't just feel like you are doing cardio basically.
Depends on what you want to get out of it though IMO.

WELCOME now thats out the way ummmm yoga bmx swimming is great after a hard roll ginastic theres way to much but there my ones at the moment of snap kettlebell as well i like stuff that combines cardio with some thing other wise i get bored running on the tread mill
