What time are we training Sunday?

Typically in Clermont but sometimes I make down to Eagle training Academy in Lawrenceville.

I'm going to try to move somethings around so I can make it. It would be easier for me to just put in longer sessions Sundays though, i spend a lot of money on gas driving different places for bjj already.

Thats going to be hard for me to make, I might be able to a little later in the day but Friday's would have to be light days for me since I train regularly Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and just thats pretty rough on my body.

I'm going on a date Friday night but I'm down to train Sunday afternoon.

Looking forward to it, not waking up so early but the seminar. Yeah the powder keg is a great leg dexterity drill, you can hit a similar triangle from several position too.

You've improved since the first I time we rolled for sure. If we keep putting in the kind of work we have been I think you'll do fine at lutador.
