I tried MMAA for a month, but you have to make every class to get your moneys worth, and again it was a drive. And this past week i only rolled twice at 10k. I had a 240lb gorilla crush my ribs. Techniques worked, but tried to sweep and felt "pop pop pop.." up my side. I dont feel so bad recovering if im not dropping tons of dough.
