Deep half counters. This is an old video but feel free to share it now, I still use this stuff, especially that back take and the cap pass (to leg locks usually if i can) https://youtu.be/o1MTeWDR8J0
This another an old video that you can now share if you want. It is my Brackish Waters grip Breaking stuff https://youtu.be/70yxfEbK-iw
By the way I'm available for highly affordable for seminars on all of this and related material, thanks for watching!
Thanks Brian, some great stuff. You've inspired me to work more on my Croc deficiencies :)
Love it! So much good stuff. Thanks Brian!
What's the difference between the Barn Hook and the Crowbar?
He was showing this stuff to us in Decatur. It's quite a bit different.
Basically, the Crowbar is a Kung Fu Move alternative. And the Barnhook is a Chill Dog alternative.
The sole purpose of the Barn Hook is to create a reaction from the top player that forces them to give up the far side arm lock.
I'll let him do the answering, but I just wanted to chime in and confirm that they are indeed different. And that the Barnhook is for sure a legit play.
Thanks! That was a great answer that it is a cool dog alternative rather than a kung fu alternative and done for a different reason, but I'll add to that also. If I'm doing a crow bar in looking to dig my first into his neck and press away. With the barn hook I want to create a frame using the upper part of my arm and I don't want to extend my arm at all ( for my normal strategy anyway, becouse I'm not trying to move him toward the oma-plata).
Great videos Brian! have to start working on my flexibility again.
Love it.
