The electrical pulses in my knee stopped a couple days ago so that's a good sign

What actually happened?
One day, all of a sudden, I started getting electrical pulses in my left leg, then that night I stood up off the mat in class after stretching and my right knee just gave out, it dislocated, I collapsed. After a couple minutes of just laying there in pain, I slowly popped it back in place. MRI showed partial tears in my mcl and acl. I'm thinking the electrical pulses in my left knee was a sign that something wasn't right with my back surgery and my right knee didn't base when it should've, like there was a glitch in my base response time.

My point is that maybe you have overextended in one way playing rubber guard all this years and maybe you have neglected a stretch in another way for example wrestling bridge exerceises?
I know you and Joe Rogan have talked about hanging but hanging is good in my opinion if your frame is already fixed and strong in its essence. If you have overextended one part it can try to "run away" from you :) ?
