Blue to Black #1- Renato Laranja

Since I am on a journey that has completely taken over my life, I figured that I am going to do one private lesson with a new instructor each month, until I get a BJJ Black Belt (20 years from now)... Rather then starting with the bottom of the barrel, I wanted to start with the best... So I reached out to Renato Laranja and he was gracious enough to show me some tricks... below is a link to the experience.

I live about 30 miles away from HQ and make it down there once or twice per month. My new home base is Bas Rutten's Elite MMA.

This made me laugh out loud at my desk. Co-workers are now looking at me strangely

I couldn't get past the North/South Choke part bc of the color. It's like trying to stare at the sun.
