The Ronin Attacks

Tomorrow I finish my weight cut for my first competition of the year.

I started my Diet at 246 lbs. I weighed in this morning at 197.6 lbs. I haven't done anything other then watch my calories and use my food scale like its all I've ever needed. I have steadily pushed myself to focus on mat time over running or using an elliptical. I stayed with a decent strength regiment to not lose my muscle while I was losing my weight. I have 4.6 lbs to go.

Saturday I put it all out on the mats. Wish me luck guys and thanks for being such a great community.

next goal is to weigh in at 170 lbs for AGF and NAGA. AGF is April 22nd and NAGA is in July.

If anyone is ever in the Louisiana area hit me up and lets roll. If anyone is competing at FUJI BJJ in New Orleans ill see you there.
