How many times per week are you doing the first set of movements?
I'm adding this into my routine starting tonight.
Everyday we work agility. Agility=strength+balance+coordination. Eerry thing tha body needs.
Day 1 done. Now lets see how long it takes for me to forget
Jumping on the wagon! To keep myself commited I am counting the days I'm doing the routine in my signature at the forum.
Just started doing the squat routine yesterday. I love it
I have genuinely been saying this for years. I'm nowhere near as charismatic, or good, but so true. We have been programmed by modern living that you stand and walk upright and on your feet. Such a limited use of such an amazing tool. Kinda like using a macbook for a tray and an iphone for a coaster. You have two physical things- a brain and a body. Connect them and take them as far as possible to get the most out of life.
