I did ddpyoga for nearly a year rehabbing my knee and neck before getting into 10thpjj this year. Eddies podcast with DDPYOGA is great, stories galore!
I do 15-20 minutes before Bjj class 3 days week. My shoulders are tender, down dog helps them. I get a good heat going so I come into class warm to prevent injuries. I think yoga is part of the overall strategy of being ageless and is preventative, as well as improving.
