If you click on "Insert Image" do you see the option to upload the pics from your computer?
Nope bro it goes to a blank page which is a completly new tab which is just pitch black
I get that black page too when I try to upload photos to an album. I just figured it was because I use an IPad or I'm full retard.
I'm fairly sure that they still have to be hosted. I was using photobucket but they became a huge pain in the ass.
