10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Adlai Cleveland will be teaching a seminar at 10th Planet Rochester Sunday July 10th from 12n-3pm. I've been to i think three different seminars from Adlai on the crucifix. I just want to say I enjoyed all three very much and learned different details from each as well! If you are around, def do not miss it!!
