Navigating my way through warm up mastery, and the one move that always trips me up is the Chem Trail transition to the truck from an inversion. I just can't seem to find the balance/where to put my weight to make it smooth. Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks!
Its a hard move to get at first. I tried it for the first time recently and could not get it. I went home and reviewed the video a bunch of times and realised my leg/foot positioning was off.

Watch Eddies feet positioning.
1. Pin his ankles to the ground with c cups as your chest is on his glutes, you are on the balls of your feet.
2. Left knee shoots diagnoly to his left hip and you are on the balls of your left foot too.
3. Step on his left ankle with your right foot
4. Clinch his right leg with a ball and socket grip
5. Fall to your side as your left leg hooks his left leg
