Reshoot of the Frodoplata from 2012
Just shot a new short breakdown of the Frodoplata. If you have long ass limbs like me, this should be relatively easy once you get through the kungfu into gogo territory. Of course, if opponent is blocking the gogo by pushing the foot, you can also go meat hook/ triangle, even grab the wrist for a Locoplata. Or just settle into the gogo clinch and work the options from there. Once you lock up the Frodoplata though, and add the squeeze to the mix, it's pure death. Njoy! :D
