Lockdown Question (top Ezekiel counter)

You get your lockdown. You get your double underhooks. But you are flat on your back. I mean not deep into his leg with your head,literally pinned down with both of your shoulders.and he squeezes hundred percent by holding your head even you have double under his chest is very close to you and pressuring with all the wait and holding your head.Maybe even trying Ezekiel choke. Can’t whip up cuz he has all the pressure on you.
What would you do?
and question number two:
How would you set up your lockdown before so wouldn’t be in that position?

I find myself pinned like this so much time these days.

Whip down, it'll force him to base out and create space; normally this is used for getting your second underhook but even then he still has to respect it, then use that space as the basis for your whip up. I know it's on one of the MTS or maybe in the warm ups, but the whip down, whip up combo is pretty important. I compete ultra heavy and it's a vital part of my game to prevent from becoming a pancake.

With double unders go from lockdown to stomp to butterfly guard then sit him up so you're not on your back. From this position if he horse stances you can enter xguard.

Whipping back and whipping down should do the trick, also going to full guard or 3/4 guard will put you in prison guard
