Hey. Im super new to the 10th planet system but love how it works. One of my purple belts has put me onto it and its a game changer. I want to start right at the beginnig and i love the flow of all the warm ups. I was just wondering if there is a search function to look through all the MTS techniques. I would like to start at the beginning but its a little hard look through all videos to find a break down of each one. Peace
I believe at the top of the forum you will find a pinned post titled "MTS Technique Guide", which has a fully comprehensive reference of MTS episodes by the position. Refer to the very first post on that thread. Hope this helps.
