Two more Gogo Clinch/Logeoplata Submissions

This is my training partner Placido at NAGA a couple of weeks ago. He took gold with all three wins by submission (2 gogoclinch/logeoplata and a toe hold).

He didn't quite get perfect position with the legs figure-foured, but still got two taps with it. Placido consistently comes down to train with me and is always studying new techniques and working hard. He traveled to Eddie's seminar at Bethlehem with me and hopefully can make it to the East Coast camp as well.

I cringe every time I see someone's leg that far up someone's back to be put in front of their face. All I do is stare at their knee and cover my ears until it's over.

Stretching is key to not only flexibility, but overall circulation. Do it more often my dude.
