I started DDPyoga almost a year ago. It has gotten me to the point to where I can start Jiu Jitsu again . It's a real deal work out.

DDP Yoga is my shit.
I don't follow it exactly. I took some of the moves and made my own 30 minute regimen that I do in the mornings. It really helps with muscle recovery and flexibility.

DDP is the man! Not only is his workout supposed to be insane but he's doing really good work out there and he's saving the lives of a lot of great pro wrestlers that have had their lives wrecked and destroyed by years taking those hard falls, drugs, on the road 330+ days a year. Scott Hall (Razor Ramon) and Jake The Snake are a couple that come to mind.

If anyone gets into it let me know what they think. I kinda want to try it based on this thread right here. Those superman push ups look hard as fuck
