I watched a video on YouTube about Carlos Sr. and Helio Gracie and the evolution of both sides of the family. Anyone have a recommendation for a book, preferably not written by a family member or Gracie devotee? All I've come across on Amazon is "Choque" Thanks.
That’s a good question. Look into George Gracie, I think he’s the bad ass Gracie from the 20’s or 30’s that got left out of the mainstream Gracie history

i tried to read a biography on helio but it was portuguese
Maybe I'll have my wife read it to me. She speaks Spanish but says she can understand most written Portuguese :p
