Ill be on my way Saturday morning my 10th Planet Miami Hotbox warriors. We should be there sometime Sunday. See yall soon!
We'll finally be able to train together Dubya? The core Miami 10PJJ Hotbox all live within 2 miles or less of each other =D. Matt Glach lives a little farther North of us. Good God though, you're like what a 200+ lbr? My whip up is going to get good rolling with you =D. I need to strengthen my little 152 lb frame somehow.
LOL, Im around 215 right now but I will lose 15-20lbs pretty quick. I still am a bit out of shape from my knees being jacked.
Sorry guys... this might be a very very dumb question...
I understand the "HOT BOX" terms in a very different way :P
I'm pretty sure Eddie knows what I'm talking about right bro?
So what is this thread about , the rules and stuffs?
I'm new to the forum... can someone clarify for me please?
A hotbox is a group of people that train 10th Planet jj that are not near an official moon. Not the other kind. Lol
what do you guys think of asking anyone that wants to join the Hotbox to be a pro member of this site first?
Well, the only problem that I see is asking someone to pay money before they can work with you. Trust, if they can afford it after a couple of classes they will do it. You must remind them before and/or after every class of the opportunities available with a pro membership. Also, you dont have to be a pro member to join a 10th Planet gym. Ultimately it is up to Master Eddie.
Waivers.
Never let people train on your property without first making them all sign waiver/release forms.
You will ALWAYS be legally liable for any injury they suffer even if it was due to their own gross negligence/incompetence if you do not obtain signed waivers.
