Definitely recommend anyone who doesn't do this to start doing so immediately, knees are feeling great and my lower back is feeling better as well and that's just the squat routine, as for weights I've stopped them for the most part besides still doing front squats and the occasional bench, been focusing on a lot more movement training and the effects it's had on me in 3 short weeks is outstanding, always a lot looser in the mornings and not stiff, I feel like in moving better at Jiu-Jitsu and I'm starting to do things that I never thought I could before, I couldn't even do a cartwheel when I started lol...incorporate movement training ASAP the benefits are phenomenal
Enjoying doing the squat routine. Feeling REALLY tight with the sky reaching. Anyone have any exercises to help with that? Windmills, maybe? Or maybe just continue with doing the squat routine, lol. It's just that it is a lot harder to do the sky reach then the other movements in the routine.

As for the the squat routine, try Ido's 30 day squat challenge. It totally changed my movement just after the first day. For the next 30 days sit in the full squat position (Ass to grass) for a total of 30 minutes. You can split it up any way you want. I usually do my self myofascial release (foam rolling, lax ball) then hit the squat routine doing 3 sets of 10 minutes, then stretch the rest of my body. My squat felt good after I was done, but the next day was incredible. My hips never felt so loose and open. Give it a try. I cant wait to see where I am at the end
I am doing the Gymnastic Bodies 30 day Handstand challenge that's going on right now. Shoulders and traps are getting shredded.
Thomas Kurz has some interesting stuff too.
Here is a page that has Ido's stuff organized into sections, so you don't have to search through all his blogs posts. http://antranik.org/the-floreio-project
