This old book has almost every kids school yard game that has been played. A lot of good ideas in here: "Games for the Playground, Home, School & Gymnasium", Bancroft, 1909.

The Gracie games are very good. They are part of their bully proof program. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Az9XH0eajXI They are all BJJ related and can be done with instructors or even the parents can participate. A lot more beneficial then something like dodge ball. Also wrestling games are very good too.
