@ Jack. Football and Lacrosse for my school, Never wrestled. Only regret I have is not to have started to wrestle as soon as I could, they have programs that start as early 5 years old around here. I was to busy boxing and doing everything else, but trying to make up for it now. Have some Awesome wrestler's at my school Jiu Jitsu nation, I've been working with them a lot. Also my older cousin is 14 has been undefeated in match's since he was like 7, so he's been working with me alot. That has helped. Its all about controling the take down, thats what I have been working on hard..... being able to shoot in for a take down and sprawl when getting shot on. I'm getting much better at it.
