The facility we train at ran a Demonstration Day, open to the public. We did some Jiu Jitsu rolls, and there were some Muay Thai and Boxing matches. It was a fun demonstration.

It was a lot of fun. I didn't get all the rounds on film unfortunately. I was socializing a lot, and I also had a couple films mysteriously disappear from my cel phone, into thin air.

I have a couple Muay Thai rounds too. I missed the first round though.
