Yuta Kubo vs Yoshimichi Matsumoto from K-1, was amazing.
Naoki Ishikawa has a nasty knockout, he kicked this dude across the face and the guy bent over, touching his gloves to the canvas and Naoki drove a knee right into his face...but him to sleep, and blood was squirting from the guys forehead.
MMA knockouts are sloppy, but I liked Anderson Silva vs Forest Griffin.

firstly this is so good to watch somebody sample the noise of when Daniel's glove smacks that guy in the side of the head and mix me a beat up and my other one besides the ref getting knocked out in japan is tank when he socks some guy and he folds up like a pretzel balanced on the cage
