That was too fast. IMO the guy who put it on was went way too fast and way too hard. He just barely had time to touch his leg and you could hear it break. No control. Not cool. The defender never even had a chance to tap.

This is exactly correct! It is no longer a sport he does not have the respect for his opponent that he should have. Absolutely no concern for his health.
