Rubber guard to....kitchen sink? Is this legit?

Looks like his answer to that is to keep posture broken with the meathook, then pinning both arms down with your elbow when you re establish mission control. Looks like a tight way to keep the arm pinned. What hole for escape do you see that I"m not seeing?

Do you think it's even possible to pump the arm accross that far on a resisting opponent?

At :27 he releases the meathook and pumps his hips up for a second time, creating space to slide his arm through, but also creating space for the guy to slide his elbow back out.

I don't think I can take any jiu jitsu technique seriously being shown by a guy in a beanie. Or glasses either for tht matter. They're just extra unnecessary shit that does nothing but get in the way.
