Awesome. This has changed my guard game completely. The locked shoulder position is no longer basic guard. It's now like a branch/path of rubber guard. Sick stuff!

Thanks for giving it at look! And yeah, a lot of the time I only spend a few seconds in each position; that's all the time you really need to spend. Its tons of control to go slower though if you wanted

That's outstanding!!! I've always had trouble finding a grappling dummy I liked repping rubberguard on, which one do you use?
