If you watched EBR last night, you heard Tait talk about the Whole Life Challenge that we do at our gym.
It's an amazing 8 week challenge that gets you to really raise your game in regards to diet, exercise, stretching, and supplementation. We've done it 4 times now at 10th Planet Santa Fe and the results are never anything less that extraordinary.
