    This is hard to do.. i played with this about 5-6 years ago. Anyone training very long can prevent or squash this pass. Cool to see and know tho. But I wouldn't have Cora throwing this up at her next match.. Just my thoughts, but, hell she's way better than me, she might land it. Lol.
