    Developing the lockdown squeeze?

    I know Eddie has been saying that the knee squeeze is vital for the lockdown game, and its only recently that I've figured out that I'm lacking that knee squeeze. Anyone know how I could develop that knee squeeze? Thanks in advance

    When you roll, pull half guard every time. Work on getting the lockdown and practice your squeeze and whipping. #repetition

    Sometimes I like to take a foam roller and wrap my legs around it like a lockdown and extend, then flip the legs and do it with the other side, going back and forth between my legs.

    I feel like it helps me at least a little. Gets my heart rate up too.

    A little difficult when rolling with beasts, but I'll definitely try
