    Hall vs Glover - A Duel of Two Marcesters (Darce & Defence Breakdown)

    Here is a very short sequence from the bronze medal match of ADCC 09, that I over complicated and broke down over a video. Although the original clip is just under 17 seconds there is a ton of stuff going on, and the specific marce variation that Ryan attacks with is not something I have seen before or since. Hopefully it highlights stuff you already know, like how being familiar with a position offensively can help you defensively. Enjoy!

    Nice Video,

    This is one of my Favorite transitions to the M'arce, Also the anaconda from here is a good one too.
