This is a fantastic compare and contrast on two of mma's jiu jitsu fighters on how long they hold a sub after ref stoppage. If this has already been posted let me know and I aploogize for the double post.

I'm pretty impressed that Joe broke it down to milliseconds!

What's interesting to me is that in many fights, punches are thrown after a guy is clearly KO but we accept that a fighter will keep punching until the ref jumps in. The potential for damage seems pretty high with this too. It's not a direct parallel obviously, but it seems to come down to the discretion of the fighter.
