Won his first match by points, but pretty much dominated with a pressure game (surprise).
Second match was against the Mummy, or the Invisible Man, whichever you prefer. The conclusion of the match was not on either stream, but almost certainly on points again.
Dopp is legit. Watch the fuck out for him tomorrow. He took out a current world champion and a former world champion today... He has a shot against anyone in the world.

He has a gameplan that maximizes his chances to win. It got him booed after he was announced as the winner. I guess it's cool to win ADCC even if you have to play that way to do it. Originally Posted by hespectnogi

Exactly. He's not using slick or outstanding technique to win (it is effective nonetheless). He's just imposing himself physically to hold someone down for 15 to 40 minutes. You can't teach someone to be 5'8" 300 lbs Originally Posted by Jeff Baldwin
