Man it's been a crazy awesome couple weeks of jiu jitsu in upstate NY. Coming off a great 10th planet training camp in Rochester and winning my match at Sub-conscious, we had Chris Herzog come down to Binghamton to drop leg lock knowledge bombs on my school.
Can honestly say this was one of the best seminars I've been too. Any local guys who missed it will definitely be paying the price losing limbs to the people who did. Always considered myself a leg lock guy and a member of the ankle breakers Union, but some of the fine details in securing position and finishing what I previously thought of as a low percentage move the straight Achilles lock really opened my eyes. Plus already devastating heel hooks made even more scary... deeper levels of knee destruction exsist. If you haven't had the chance to train with The Zog your missing out. Already looking forward to bringing him back out here for another session. Thanks again Chris!
