    Wow!! I've been trying something similar but with the other leg. I haven't been able to quite finish it yet but I'm told its super tight. I know there's just a little detail I'm missing. I'll try this one in the next class

    Austin comes by our open mat. He's a "white belt" with a couple of years of consistent training, but not a consistent gym (forgo the "" around the words white belt). The choke is legit and could definitely hit it on most people (at least once). After that everything else is easy to shutdown. I personally place it in the same category as the no-gi bottom side or bottom mount paper cutter/baseball choke.

    Austin beat me in the finals match in the Gi and semi finals of NoGi at Gracie Worlds this year.
