Twister Side and getting my back taken

Yes take a look at your right knee and how your opponent has his knee under you. As I stated, you need to keep that knee of yours firmly on the ground. As is, all he needs to do in this picture to take your back is literally only square his hips up to the ceiling. That detail and that detail alone are why you're getting your back taken.

Your right knee is about 5 inches off the ground and in the wrong spot. Your right knee should be on the ground with all your weight on it right next to his left hip and your butt should be in air not on the ground.
