    Home training

    So i want to up my game and try to perfect the techniques at home, but no one in my family trains so i cant just practice the techniques on them. does anyone have any advice on this??

    Wrestling a blanket is the best thing you can do... other then that there is no substitute to throwing bodies around.
    You can try throwing those 50 kg suplex dummies around for an hour a day but good luck staying motivated with that...
    plus you do need space and it cannot be done in a flat with neighbors

    When i want to train at home, i do some BJJ drill (with tabata timer) and i use gym elastic to train spider guard.

    You can do top game drills with grappling dummies but that’s about it. You need bodies
