    Shadow Drilling

On fb Denny was talking about Shadow drilling guillys. Ill do this sometimes with techniques that are on my mind. I really don't do it enough though. What do you guys think of shadow drilling and what do you typically focus on?

I try shadow drilling some whip-ups and escapes, but most of my solo drilling isn't actual moves but the techniques behind the moves. Like granby rolls for spiral guard, for instance.

yeah, for me it's just going through a particular path, it's about memorizing the little movements in my brain, not so much for muscle memory.

Shadow jitsu! There was a thread about it and sorry I don't remember the dude's name but he's got some sweet drills they flow real good together using jiu jitsu moves.

Not like Denny's kata, but good stuff, Cobrina (except the copoeira)
