Yes its a common knee crush/calf compression. However he should have his shin perpendicular to his opponents leg, he has his knee to deep, it should be on the inside of his opponents legs.

Awesome thank you Chris :) gonna have to be one we add to the list to drill. We train straight out of the books and and the all stars dvds and any other thing we can find. Sadly though leg locks are not on alot of videos and such but i can understand why as that performing with under trained people could lead to injury,

Man, this is good stuff. I must confess, I neglect leg locks. Mostly because of the lack of positional control, always seemed like a 50/50 postion on who can hit the leg locks fastest. No more!!! I do here by declare this summer as "the summer of leg locks" at our gym!!! We are going to spend the first half of summer on this video alone.NAGA chicago in November, we'll be ready!!!
