Question on omoplata basics

Hi -

I was wondering about preferences for hand placement/holding someone after you are in the omoplata position. I've seen the famous "Eddie Bravo Rubber Guard Basics" video with the Japanese Subtitles. I was wondering if this is still what you guys suggest. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=de9uvQxSDQw

I'm just curious about control of the position using your hands for the no-gi situation.
