Hilarious!!! I am not sure why, but this breakdown was really funny. Rener can be a little over the top, but I laughed my ass off this time round. I don't take everything they say on board ie gi/no gi thing,but its still cool.

Semi unrelated, but why does no one douche bag with the calf crank? Justin Rader opted to triangle his legs and so did Belcher. They also don't control the near leg.
Loved the breakdown, They are having to analize more and more core 10th planet moves, I know they are not haters but maybe they will embrace the change that is coming to BJJ in MMA. Also I found it intersting that they even noticed some discourgement on Palhares face once his "money moves" were crushed. This directly relate to a Thread I started the other day on Ego and money moves. Disclaimer: Palhares is amazing, infinatly better than I and I have no idea what his mindset or how he trains. But what is your plan B, C, D "money move" and how do you train for them in practice. Moral, somebody out there has the stopper for your "money move" even if your the best in the world at that "money move." Belcher sure didn't seem worried about a plan B "money move" coming out of Palhares open guard.
