Travelled over to Australia from Ireland and while passing through Melbourne, i couldn't pass up the chance of calling into a 10th Planet gym. Thanks to everyone there and to Frank Barca who is a wizard on the mat! Really learned alot in such a short time! I hope to be back soon!!!

Yeah, i just went over with my girlfriend (who's from australia) for a meet and greet the folks and friends kinda thing. Was only there for three weeks. Melbourne's pretty cool but spent most my time in the countryside further south.
