Epstein seminar yesterday in Peterborough, Canada and Promotions...

I would just like to say it was an awesome weekend and seminar!! Learned so many new good things that will fit really well with my game from Scott "Einstein" Epstein.

Also, I would like to give huge props to my instructor (head instructor of 10th Planet Peterborough) for getting promoted to brown belt by Scott before the seminar started!! There was also another promotion to one of the students in our club to blue belt, Steve Corbierre. Really proud of both of you guys!!

Awesome seminar. Great techniques.

Congratulations to Coach Landry and Steve! Two well-deserved promotions. It was cool to get a chance to meet Louis and his Montreal guys too. Pretty good turn out. Everyone had a great attitude.

Beers, steak and venison cuts were delicious.

Yeah, it was great day. Stew got promoted Doggy style. So funny. Pretty bummed out that I had to leave early. Missed out on the venison cuts. :)
