Moved the 10th Planet Rochester Training Blog to Word Press
For those of you that follow the 10th Planet Rochester Daily Training Blog, we moved to a Word Press Blog Page. Although I will continue to keep the page going on Facebook, the new home will be www.teamempire.us/zogblog . Facebook recently decided to charge Page owners per post ($5-$15) if the want all their followers to see the post. The average post now only goes to about 15% of your total followers, unless you pay. Obviously you guys know I do the blog and "The Week in Roc" videos for free, so in order to do so and get the best viewership I had to change things around a bit. Hope this new format helps spread the system!
