That was really cool. I think this is a new drill for class!!
I think Roy Harris once said that one of the main differences between white/blue belts to the more advanced belts is how they use their legs.
Maybe this kind of training could be used as way to speed up that evolutionary process.

One of our instructors, Mike Tom, use to do this drill when he was at Relson Gracie's gym back in the day. He had us do this before and it is not only fun, but helps your foot work and hip movement. Pure gold...
At 502 he should have tried to choke him with his belt lol.
